Shipping costs, delivery and return policy
Shipping costs for international orders:
We do not offer any fixed shipping cost for purchased items since such costs depends on the distance to your home country, weight, size, quantity and preferred currier. We most often use the Danish Postal Service – but any other currier of your personal preference is of course possible.

Shipping costs for purchased goods send abroad usually depends on the weight and/or size of the items according to the Danish Postal Service – or via any other preferred international currier-service chosen by the customer. Cargo expenses for large items and large quantities of items will be added to the set price of the item and will be charged according to the receipt.

Payment for purchased goods can be made through PayPal or banktransfer, with a minimum of DKK 100.00 in postage for small goods. The shipping costs for any item must be agreed with us and paid in full before we ship any of the goods to your home country.

Damage of delivered goods:
If an item for some reason appear damaged or is lost during shipping to your home address, then please contact the Danish Postal Service or the currier-service initially chosen.

Please always make sure to save the original receipt and all packing documents in case The Danish Postal Service requests original proof and documentation for sending the goods. We will of course offer to assist you making a claim in case of language difficulties. Please do not hesitate to contact us if this is necessary – or if you have any related questions.

Returning purchased and received items:
Please contact us if you for some reason wish to return an item you just received. Undamaged items can only be returned, if they are kept, opened and returned in the original package at your own full expense.

If you decide to return a product, then please expect to receive the original listed price for the item(s) - as it appears in the shop when you purchase the item - minus the cost of shipping, handling and administration costs.
